Austrochip is an annual meeting and platform to present the latest activities in the field of microelectronics and integrated circuits in Austria and neighboring countries.
The workshop is a forum for discussion and contact between academia and industry. Austrochip 2025 is the 33rd edition organized by the Institute for Integrated Circuits (IIC) of the Johannes Kepler University Linz (JKU).

In order to ensure the ususal high standards of quality for our conference Austrochip 2025 we
- insist that papers are delivered in IEEE style and are passed through IEEE PDF eXpress.
- inspect submitted papers with the IEEE CrossChecker to prevent plagiarism.
- put the papers through a double-blind review process consisting with at least five reviewers per paper.
- are targeting an acceptance rate of 70%
- publish accepted and presented papers in IEEE Xplore, papers which were not presented at the conference, will not be published in IEEE Xplore.
- facilitate a keynote talk during the conference.
