Wilfried Wöber, MSc graduated in robotics in 2013 with a strong focus on vehicle automation relying on computer vision. After two years in research, he became data scientist for autonomous agrar-robots before he joined the UAS Technikum Wien robotics lab in 2017. Currently, he is in various research projects focusing on data based automation. In his research, he relies on explainable AI models to unveil latent structures. Wilfried Wöber's teaching activities in the bachelor's and master's degree program at the UAS Technikum Wien focus on autonomous mobile robots.
Since 2019, he is PhD student at the university of life sciences and natural resources in Vienna in a cooperation with the Johannes Kepler university. In 2021, he became research coordinator for automation and robotics as well as deputy program director for the masters degree program robotic engineering.
