Peter Rössler currently supports the Treasurer of the IEEE Austria Section as a Financial Auditor in accordance with the Austrian law for legal associations. He was Chair of the IEEE Austria Section from Feb. 2012 - Nov. 2014. In his professional life he works as a FH-Professor at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien where he is managing R&D projects in the area of Embedded Systems. He is engaged in bodies like the scientific advisory board of the ÖVE (the Austrian Electrotechnical Association) or the executive board of the GMS (the Austrian Society of Microelectronic System) and is program committee member of several national and international scientific conferences.
